To me “Drafting” is a kind preparation of introductory form of production, it may be a simple note or document, imaging, photography, videography, presentation, drawing, even any type work. Drafting a kind of per-production element. It forms may in a note sheet, in a mind, in a song writing sheet. Drafting become worthless, if it’s not been completely delivered as “production”. It’s a source of productivity, elements of fruitful ideas as proof of concept.
To be a good writer, drafting is compulsory elements of writing. Ideas may be coming in many ways, from a situation, image, notes, but drafting purify your writing skills and giving a better outcome. Rough draft? I believe, drafting is a process of per-production, though it’s endless process, that’s why publisher releases various edition with some minor improvise deviations for books. Drafting starts with rough draft as initial stage of your ideas such as first writing form of your idea and gradually it turns as final draft as almost ready for production stage.

It was August 15th as a national holiday in India commemorating the nation's independence from the United Kingdom on 15 August 1947. Just few days ago, I’ve invited my few American friends with their family members. Me and my wife was prepared all tradition cuisine like Biriyani, Burhani, Chicken roast no American food. We usually take more spices in our cuisines, at the last time I’ve decided to bring some pizza considering kids meal. My wife was wearing Sharee, and some America friends are not aware about our culture. Due to wear a Sharee, my wife was not felt comfortable in that event, because we need to arrange the whole party including dinner. Even some guests also looking her as if she is coming from deferent planet. I simple looked her eyes and say, you are wearing a Sharee, which belongs to your culture, most of the Bangladeshi women wear Sharee for the whole day and they feel more comfortable with their Sharee from anything else. These works like magic, she starts welcome our guests, remove all the stresses from her eyes and found a new energy. That party was awesome, when people positively react about her cuisine, even her dress, even spices tests from their every single byte was appreciated. Finally, she said, our culture should be our pride, no matters where we are… How does your outward appearance (i.e. clothing, makeup, hairstyle, accessories, etc.) reflect your cultural identity? Appearance reflect your cultural identity, absolutely right in every prospective. The world is not only divided by the geographical boundaries, but also divided by cultural barriers. I born and grew up in Bangladesh, to the east of India on the Bay of Bengal, is a South Asian country marked by lush greenery and many waterways. 163 million (2016) population make Bangladesh as a highest populous country in the world. Though in Bangladesh, almost 85 percent of the people are living in the rural part of country territories, with about the greater part of the provincial inhabitants making their living from farming. The primary objective of agronomy families is to produce more food from the limited amount of land available to them. For men, our national cloth is “Kurta or Shirt and Lungi” (is a type of sarong and a traditional garment worn around the waist in India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Somaliland, Nepal, Cambodia, Djibouti, Myanmar and Thailand.) and for Women wear authentic “Shari”. Women are subsequent follow the fusion in their makeup and fashion with local and western culture. Long hair is mostly preferred by the women and short hair with decent cut preferred by men. Finally we are proud to be part of our culture. - How do your behaviors and practices (i.e. rituals, daily activities, routines, habits, etc.) reflect your cultural identity? My culture is my identity, I’ve huge respect in my culture, but in daily life we are not follow our dress code or behaviors and practices, because these are belongs our culture and we use these things only at our cultural event like social events or national events not in everyday life, like workplace, but some people wear Lungi in the in-house life style, but their are some many adult women are wear Shari in their daily life in everywhere, like in house, in event or even in workplace. Specially in weeding, women prefer to wear Sharee. - How do your beliefs and values (i.e. opinions, commitments, memberships, principles, etc.) reflect your cultural identity? Believes are always most valuable, I’m belongs with my parents, my family and my culture, no matter, where I am? If I respect myself, I should respect my parents, family and culture. I’m alive, thinking for tomorrow, promise with myself always to do better, it’s all about beliefs. In childhood, my father gave holly Quran, Bible and Geeta and said, we all are belongs from different religious and followers, but they all have same word, to love God, love people… there is no distinguish in loving people. Being a Muslim, we have some restrictions to eat pork and drinking wine, I found so many Christians, they also not eat pork and drinking wine (Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. Pork Leviticus 11:7-8.). I’ve learned and believe that, respect human is a kind a great pray of the religion, and peace is the model of my Islam. There is no option for terrorism, in fact, terrorist have no ethic, religious believe and respects for any human. They can’t be Muslim in any way. - How do your dietary and domestic practices (i.e. hygienic routines, meals and mealtimes, food choices, daily chores) reflect your cultural identity? I'm a typical South East Asian person. I eat 3 meals a day at morning, noon and evening like typical Indian style. We start with breakfast (called Nasta) with roti (prepare white wheat), mixed vegetable and Tea or Coffee around 7:00 am, at noon we take lunch with heavy meals like a full plate of plain rice, dal, vegetables and fish or meat curry around 1:00pm and at evening we take average meals like Roti and mixed vegetable or meat curry. I’m basically grew up with this meal culture, so I adopted this habituate, but in our rural areas, people are mostly taking 3 times a full plate of rice with mixed vegetable and fish/meat curry. Most farmers in Bangladesh are working at open field physically to grow crops and other seasonal vegetables, they need to energy to work in field. - How does your region or location in the world reflect your cultural identity? Being a Muslim, we have some restrictions to eat pork and drinking wine, I found so many Christians, they also not eat pork and drinking wine (Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise. Pork Leviticus 11:7-8.). I’ve learned and believe that, respect human is a kind a great pray of the religion, and peace is the model of my Islam. There is no option for terrorism, in fact, terrorist have no ethic, religious believe and respects for any human. They can’t be Muslim in any way. - Describe a time when you were judged, excluded, or misunderstood because of one of the cultural traits noted above?
I born and grew up from Bangladesh. English is not my native language, but I've been worked for multicultural organization and some international research organization. I'm always trying to adopt English language as my secondary language for last few years, even I found some minor changes in English at Brithish and American English, which is very interesting and confusing, like spieling and approaching like Colour and Color, Synchronise and Synchronize again present tense and progressive, date format date/month/year and month/date/year. Definitely USA culture and it's learning process are very innovate and scientific, but still in my back country Bangladesh and other Asian countries are still following the British curriculum, still I'm looking for that day, when the world will follow today's USA cultural traits in every where, specially in education.
Finally, pre-writing exercise is extremely the underlying advance that I use to create thoughts. I put everything that rings a bell on paper. I attempted to do these activities to the point that I have nothing more to include. For a couple of days after this underlying advance, I keep my telephone near observe any thought ringing a bell. The procedure will keep going for a couple of days until the point that I feel happy with the gathered information.

I’ve been worked for a project named “Public-Private Partnership Project” cooperated by National Tuberculosis Control Program (NTP), Director General of Health Services (DGHS), Bangladesh and University of Leeds, UK as a communication consultant. During these days, I’ve studied a lot about tuberculosis, Mostly Doctors were described about this disease as infectious disease, so we all should be careful about it, and most descriptions are based medical terminology, not down to the earth words for general people, they were not aware more about this disease. I use rhetoric to create TB campaign posters, TB Fact Sheet and so many things, where easily I can more visualize my high level technical terms into general words. Any people can understand the messages. Here I attached a short story-based documentary video for a cured MDR-TB patent after 2 years treatment; Making a difference, creating impact to my audiences through sharing the knowledge: Please Note: I was the technical director for this documentary video
Many of us believe that writing is a given skill since everyone is thought how to write in our childhood or in elementary school, so the ways we earn knowledge are quite strong. I also include that, initial learning is good learning, but when I’m joined in my career, I found that, “mistakes” are the best learning elements to be purity of proper learning. EDX and Global Freshman Academy such as Arizona State University designed a great course such as English 101 - English Composition for all age (at least for university level). Using technology, digital elements and designing learning contents will give extra millage to the participants.
When people asked for feedback, there are mixed outcomes, positive approaches and negative approaches. I’m always try to find positive, that’s why, all constructive things visualize to me. Though my background in information technology and I’m a technology lavish person, digital contents, blogs are always exiting to me, in other hand I found that, writing journals are not like a single line English writing, but score is only .5% for each journal with self-positive scoring, means, I’m putting my best effort, I’m getting .5% and other person, just put Writer’s Journals’ title with self-positive scoring, he or she also getting .5% score, I think, this should for precise and score should be more than .5%. Sample video and learning tools are well designed and composed, I’m sure, any university level students can understand all the course contents. The following things are reflects my life: Rhetorical Knowledge: The words are commonplace to me and I expect in any subject I investigate I utilize my insight with an end goal to verbalize it to my gathering of people in an effective way. As of now I am working with another craftsman in manufacturing a bit of open workmanship. Between us I discover chances to make inquiries, react to circumstances and propose game-plans. I could state that any experience enables me to hone information logically. Now and again I consider my need to make strides. Different circumstances I get a feeling of accomplishment when my outcomes feel like an impression of my expectations. Process: Design is about process. You move starting with one phase of a task then onto the next via painstakingly looking at aim, reason, choices and the sky is the limit from there. Composing has just been similar to that for me and I am certain this course will enable me to enhance my grip of composing. I appreciate composing. In any case, as officially expressed by the speakers in this course, there is dependably opportunity to get better. I certainly need to progress. Knowledge of Conventions: Even in my center field - plan - I am certain my insight into traditions is thin. In English Composition I realize that it is totally essential if at all existent.
