Final Draft
Abstract: Writing is a medium of personal correspondence that speaks to dialect and feeling with signs and images. In many dialects, it is a supplement to discourse or talked dialect. Writing isn't a dialect, but a tool used to make languages readable.
The significance of writing comes from the way that written work is the essential premise at which point communication, history, record keeping, and artistry. Writing is the system of our conversation. We are experienced with writing each day of our lives. Regardless of whether it be an official update, eatery menu, or an affection letter. Writing is extremely flexible; you can use it to give information, an opinion, a question, or even a note. The words you utilize can demonstrate your identity as a man, the things writing has done in our lives and the world is meaningful. I can't envision an existence that didn't include Writing.

Myself as an English Writer
My Identity as a Writer
Based on the requirement, I will explore the theory of writing through a conversation of my individuality as a writer, reader as well as critical thinker, a consideration upon my writing in terms of the ENG101 English Composition, which course designed and developed by Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ is a public research university ranked #1 in the U.S. for invention, devoted to convenience and excellence. The course consequences, and a consideration of how English 101 has prepared me for future English writing endeavors.
My Identity as a Reader:
In this ENG101 English Composition course, the most challenging and confusing part is treated my myself as a Reader.
Straggles: In the first of my writing assignment in Writing Project #1 - The Autoethnography, it was very challenging to me, it was not like, I was introduced myself to other, but I was expressed someone inside me, who was never expressed to anyone, I was described my emotions, feelings, considerations, it was not so easy to unfastened. Again, this is the first time, I felt, writing is a power, influence, encouragement itself, like a magic, when I was started writing, there is something within me, who enforced me to continue writing, based my Writing Project #1 - The Autoethnography, I got a mixed responses and the most influenced feedback was: "It seems like it was written by a professional, I wish I can do in the future a good work like this one." Truly being an author of my first writing project assignment, the above comments, gave me an extra mileage of inspiration, and finally, I got great feedback from teaching staff, "Shaamim, I enjoyed reading your project very much. I was confused as to why you were describing these different phases of your life at first, but then you explained that you wanted to look at how we move through these different parts of our lives, and your goal became clear to me. I also felt that I was not seeing or understanding enough of your beliefs or identity as I was reading at first, but, again, you wrote about this in your last paragraph, so again I understood. As a reader, I would have enjoyed knowing more of this throughout your project rather than waiting until the end. I would also have appreciated a closer look at how you are considering these different phrases as practice, tradition, or ritual. Overall this is a successful project, written engagingly. Thank you for sharing your work. Jennifer D-K." It was stunning feedback to influence my English writing to next step.
After completion my "Writing Project #1: The Autoethnography on A way to technology" assignment, I've described about my untold story, which was very challenging. When started writing, I was silenced for few times. I don't know, why, nonetheless, someone inside me, inspired me a lot to progress my writing. It's a power of writing. I followed all the possible steps as per the course direction. I copied the URL from my Weebly website. I found other peers writing projects for review, not only as a reader but also a critique point of view. It was not only assignments but same emotions, feelings, and considerations as mine with different aspects. Still, I can remember when I was read for the first time, as a reader when I was read that same project as a critique; I found so many exciting things, there are so many things to learn even from peers. As a writer and as a reader I saw two directions, as a writer, I just follow my emotions, feelings, considerations and as a reader, I became more focused on the reading, develop his/her writing direction, turned myself as detractor, another side, I became more fastening to catch the most beautiful elements, patterns, and outlines from their writings, such as anonymous treasures of learning resources. I indeed learned so many things as a peer's reader.
Accomplishments: : Learning is a continuous process, like endless or never-ending process. I've learned from this course, re-reading my writing works allowed me to see the switch myself from writer to reader, when I started critique myself as a writer, I've started improving my writing skills. I was able to correct areas where I consistently change the writing influences. Council of Writing Program Administrators (WPA), the National Council of Teachers of English, and the National Writing Project, utterly changed my interpretations of writing, I used to with all the terms but not as WPS statements. Under Conventions arise from a history of use and facilitate reading by invoking current prospects between writers and readers opinions:
The student should treat the above each point as a verse of English writing elements, and it is an entirely fantastic rhythm of writing approaches.
Abilities: I born and grew up in Bangladesh. English is not my native language, but I've been worked for the multicultural organization and some international research organization. I'm always trying to adopt English language as my second language for last few years, even I found some minor changes in English at British and American English, which is very interesting and confusing, like spieling and approaching like Colour and Color, Synchronise and Synchronize again present tense and progressive, date format date/month/year and month/date/year. Kind of, USA culture and it's learning process are very innovated and scientific, but still in my back-country Bangladesh and other Asian countries are still following the British curriculum. Still, I'm looking for that day, when the world will develop today's USA cultural traits in everywhere, especially in education. I continue growing through the endless learning process and improving gradually.
Critical Thinking:
Struggles: The use of approaches, such as understanding, combination, reply, evaluation and development to complete text that represents the writer's concepts. Being an author, I became broad thinker as a critique point of view of my own writing, such as create a plot or theme or thought before I started something to paper. Usually, most people are doing this thing, but profoundly dive in the topic was not that easy. For example, a story we start from a scratch, then we create a plot, next we think about the characters, it's an ongoing process, but here we need to structure our concept before we started, and a better game plane is the only solution. Such as author should per-plane the theme and start working on it. In another hand, the author also the critical thinker, so that he can think broad range concept of writing. Meaning, the writer should be more prepared for writing materials before he or she started. Need more research and collecting information as a preoperative stage.
In the Writing Project#2 - The Ethnography (Beyond a Valentin’s Day at Silver Spring, Maryland), before I start writing on it, I’ve collected all the required information from the Valentine’s couple and their family, Interviews, the striking outcomes, connection of yellow rose in Valentine’s day, People and Friendship, finally Love for all human beings, there is no color, religious, nation, race or any issues accept humanities. It was not only some interviews or conversation between us, but then again I found huge inspiration love. It's not a love story, it's a lovingness for humanities, share love and happiness with community members. Meeting with unknown person treat them a give from GOD, these all elements enthused me a lot to write this project. When I re-read my assignment, I found implore power of writing inventiveness, to became critic for my own writing.

I've determined about academic writing, rhetorical concepts through analyzing and composing a variety of texts, develop flexible strategies for reading, drafting, reviewing, collaborating, revising, rewriting, rereading, and editing, this footstep will decontaminate my desired writing skills.
My last five weeks of experiences in the ENG101: English Composition course, I'm progressively improve my writing skills. I've noticed that in peer's and teaching staff’s assistance, and comments are prosperous. Although my impact of expectation has been improved. Now I'm more conservative about my own writing skills, and last two assignments and peer review turned my thoughts on paper, can't ignore small issues, like continue re-reading before start next statement.

Critical Thinking, Reading and Composing: When I start thinking to evaluate my Writing Project#1, I couldn't even believe in finding an error. I'm not telling about others, but I found my primary problem in this course at writing project#1, I have not rechecked my first assignment at all. There are so many minor mistakes, may be ignorable, but as a writer, I should not consider as ignore. Writing should have its rhythm, so the reader(s) will more insist on reading the whole statement. If words are continuing, run-on, silly grammar mistakes, out of sequence, the reader(s) will not feel right to complete the comments. The whole thing is the writer should write something interesting, so that reader will feel something sensational to read contentiously, such as every content are live and conscious.
Processes: Being an information technology professional, I'm always trying to adopt the state-of-the-art-of technology, subsequently, to invent a website in Weebly platform, it was delightful to me. Since writing project #1 and #2 was a great footstep to my English writing career, but still, I'm learning. While, I got some great feedback from my peer's review, in my last writing project #2 - The Ethnography; Peer 1: I enjoyed your exploration of Valentine's Day and the ways this particular family interacted with the holiday. There were a few times where quirks in the use of English were confusing. I suggest to try the free version of Grammarly before you submit your final drafts; its suggestions are constructive. Peer 2: Great Work! Peer 3: This essay was very creative and thoughtful about the community you discovered. Though, you did not explain the city as its values and practices as infections of the information you got. Peer 4: Overall writing was excellent.
Better feedback is a high reward for any success. These peers' reviews are significant as well as encouraging feedback to me for better moving towards as an English writer.
Knowledge of Conventions: During my writing project #1 - The Autoethnography, I've learned from my peers, writing is an art, when the conclusion is missing. Finally, when I reviewed myself as critic my writing project #1, I've included, "In conclusion, hobbies, practices, and various sensations are not always constant in human life. It's changeable in our various age, when I was growing like in teenage, the world was like an entertaining, when music, sound like sensational in my life, when my father died, our joint family has divided into many pieces, then I realized, life is not only pleasurable. I need to set an aspiration for my future career. I've struggled a lot on that stage to learn computer, but it was not wastage, I've earned so many things in my life, even I was expected. Most prestigious career award such as Champions Award from Microsoft Corporation was great mileage in my career, because it was not only an award but an encouraging of myself to move forward. Providing soft skills training to imagine cup participants, found in an organization, as if an IT manager was my former student, it discovered me a lot. I'm still learning and preparing myself for a new challenge as the cybersecurity professional. The global information is everywhere on the internet to our system. Subsequently, cyber risks are also included with all of these online elements. The Global Risks 2015 report, published in January by the World Economic Forum (WEF), included this rather stark warning: "90 percent of companies worldwide recognize they are insufficiently prepared to protect themselves against cyber attacks." Cybercrime costs the global economy over US$400 billion per year, according to estimates by the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Conclusively, the career in cybersecurity will be my endless opportunity for a future career." Furthermore, I got great feedback from my teaching staff that, "Shaamim, I enjoyed reading your project very much. I was confused as to why you were describing these different phases of your life at first, but then you explained that you wanted to look at how we move through these different parts of our lives, and your goal became clear to me. In conclusion, the Council of Writing Program Administrators (WPA) structures set since its initiation, composing has served to impart the considerations and sentiments of the individual and of that individual's way of life, their aggregate history, and their encounters with the human condition, and to protect those encounters for who and what is to come. Preparation of writing is essential for a writer, research, collection of information is an excellent resource for pre-writing, being an active writer, resources are essential elements. Still, I believe this a considerable learning process through this course for "ENG101 English Composition" to me as an excellent foot step to be a successful English writer.
